Terms & Conditions

• Listed Price is for a single designated template website design uploaded onto the domain supplied by the customer including the input of all text and photos. The customer must supply all photos, text and information needed for the sites pages.
• Payment must be received in full prior to the website being uploaded onto the domain name. The first quarterly payment must also be paid to NetBiz Enterprises Pty Ltd in order for the hosting account to be initiated.
• Customer must purchase the .com or .com.au domain name of their choice; this is not included in the website pricing. Netbiz provides a service which includes the registration (2 years) fees, delegation of Name Servers and propagation of the domain for $198.00 (inc GST). These may be subject to government regulations and availability. The customer is responsible for ongoing fees every 2 years. A delegation fee of $110.00 (inc GST) for existing domains by the customer.
• Customer is responsible for ongoing hosting costs. All sites purchased through MySiteCreator.com.au must be hosted through NetBiz Enterprises Pty Ltd at a cost of $132.00 (inc GST) quarterly in advance. Ongoing billing is done directly from NetBiz Enterprises Pty Ltd.
• Upon completion of the payment and the website being uploaded the customer will be notified of completion. Support can be provided if need be. Any ongoing maintenance needed on the site outside the original version supplied by NetBiz Enterprises Pty Ltd will be charged at an hourly rate by NetBiz of $44.00 per hour.
• All sales from MySiteCreator.com.au fall under the Standard Terms of Trade from NetBiz Enterprises Pty Ltd. NetBiz reserves the right to change these terms without any notice.
